- No. Chave AL covers the legal and reporting side of running an AL in Portugal. It works alongside your channel manager or PMS, not instead of it.
- Do I have to take the Complete plan?
- No. Start with SIBA at €54/year + VAT and add Tourist Tax (€9.99/year), Document Vault (€9.99/year), Complaint Tracking (€9.99/year) or Statistics & Reporting (€14.99/year) individually per property.
- Does it work for a single AL property?
- Yes. There is no minimum number of units. Single-property hosts pay the same per-property pricing as small portfolios.
- Is Madeira properly covered?
