- Do guests need to install anything?
- No. It opens in any browser from a single link, in English or Portuguese.
- How much does it cost?
- €39/year + VAT per property, and it is included in the Complete plan.
- Are guest guides private?
- Yes. Every guide is marked noindex so search engines do not list it, and the link is unguessable. Only guests you share the link or QR code with can open it.
- Can I put something in the room?
- Yes — Concierge generates a printable A5 card with a QR code for the in-room guide, including the Wi-Fi details if you choose to show them.
