- No. Chave AL handles the legal and reporting side of AL in Portugal. It works alongside your channel manager or PMS, not instead of them.
- Do I have to take the Complete plan?
- No. Start with SIBA at €54/year + VAT and add Tourist Tax (€9.99/year), Document Vault (€9.99/year), Complaints (€9.99/year) or Statistics (€14.99/year) individually per property.
- Does it work for a single property?
- Yes. There is no minimum number of units. A single AL pays the same per-property pricing as small portfolios.
- Is it GDPR compliant?
- Yes. Guest data is encrypted, access-controlled via RLS, and automatically anonymized after 3 years.
